ARM 926EJ-S Processor Core
The LinuxLink software distribution model enables the usage of the ARM 9E LinuxLink for development targeting all designs based on ARM 926EJ-S processor. The ARM9E processor family enable single processor solutions for microcontroller and DSP applications, offering savings in chip area and complexity, power consumption, and time-to-market. The ARM 9E cores are used in modern videophones, internet appliances, digital video cameras finding its use in various industries like industrial control systems or electronic storage.
Processor derivatives enabled:
The ARM 9E LinuxLink can also be used as a starting point for Linux development for designs based on any of the processors from the ARM 9E family, including ARM946E-S, ARM966E-S, ARM968E-S and ARM996HS processor macrocells.
Reference boards/OEM boards enabled:
The ARM 9E LinuxLink can also be used as a starting point for Linux development for designs derived from:
Notes:
Complete peripheral support for ARM 9E derived integrated processors, or board support for other reference designs might need to be sourced from manufacturers of the respective processors or reference boards.
