Timesys Management TeamAtul Bansal, CEO, is directing company strategy for LinuxLink, the web-based resource for the embedded Linux development market. He has extensive experience in leading development teams, sales and marketing, product management and customer relationship building. He was Founder, President and CEO of Laurel Networks, where he led the company's growth prior to its acquisition by ECI Telecom in 2005. Atul was the COO of the Data Networking division within ECI before joining TimeSys. He holds MS degrees in Computer Science and Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Al Feczko, Vice President of Application Engineering, is responsible for helping all of TimeSys' customers and partners achieve maximum benefit from the use and deployment of TimeSys products and technology. Prior to joining TimeSys, he held a variety of increasingly responsible roles in project engineering and management of embedded real-time control systems in the process automation/control and defense industries. He received his MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Lisa Frankovitch, Vice President of Business Development, is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships and global sales channels for TimeSys on an interim basis. Lisa currently serves as the Director of the Corporate Partner Strategy Group at Adams Capital Management, an investor in TimeSys. She has over 16 years of sales and executive management expertise, including several years with iGate Capital, where she was the Senior VP of Global Accounts. Additionally, Lisa was the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Apar Infotech, an IT consulting firm. Lisa received a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from West Liberty State College. Scott Jeschonek, Senior Director of Support & Services, is responsible for global customer support and professional services, as well as technical documentation and web services. Before joining TimeSys, Scott held the position of Senior Product Manager with Syndesis and ECI Telecom. Prior to ECI Telecom, Scott was the Director of Global Customer Support for CoManage. Scott has a BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dan Kopchak, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for financial, human resource and legal matters for TimeSys. He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and finance including oversight and coordination of strategic and financial planning, budgeting, analysis, cash management and financial reporting in a wide range of industries. Prior to joining TimeSys, Dan held senior management positions with Glass and Associates, a privately-owned holding company and Price Waterhouse, LLP. He holds an MBA from the Katz Business School at the University of Pittsburgh and earned a BS from Duquesne University. Edward Nash, Vice President of Engineering, is responsible for the development and deployment of TimeSys technologies. Ed has more than 20 years of experience building and leading development teams including 13 years of embedded development. Prior to TimeSys Ed held leadership positions in several early-stage companies that included CIO in a Ion Health, VP of R&D and Global Operations Red Siren, and CEO of 61C Networks. As VP of Engineering at Computerm Corporation, Ed led the development of a storage over IP product that ultimately led to the sale of the company to INRANGE Technologies. Gregory Quiggle, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, is primarily responsible for the company's overall positioning, product strategy and customer relationships. Prior to TimeSys, Greg served 6 years as the Vice President of Marketing at Tollgrade Communications, a provider of service assurance solutions for the communications industry. Greg also held various sales and marketing management positions at Acterna Corporation, where he helped the company grow from $92M to $1.1B over a ten year period. Greg holds a BSEE from Purdue University and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
